Rockefellers offer a 12 month warranty on all watches, the warranty covers any internal defects to the watch, including :- loss of time, gaining of time, watch stopping, battery faults and similar issues. The warranty does not cover any customer inflicted damages such as scratches to the watch & glass damage. All watches will be thoroughly checked beforehand, warranty will not be covered if a consumer has damaged the items.
