You may return any piece of jewellery for a full refund up to 14 days of purchase. All items must be in new or unworn condition as they were when they left the store.
For any returns after the 14 days of purchase we can offer a store credit only.

Rockefellers offer a 12 month warranty on all pieces of jewellery, the warranty covers any lost diamonds that may have come loose, faulty or defective items. Please note all items will be examined thoroughly, warranty will not be covered if a consumer has damaged the items.
