To initiate a return, the item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Returned items should be shipped using a traceable and insured delivery method. Responsibility for safe return shipping remains with the customer until the item is received and inspected.

Once a return is approved and the item has passed inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on payment provider and banking institutions.
Original shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
